Tips
- Put the vital information in your subject.
- Provide enough information to act: quote forwarded messages selectively.
- One topic per message but don't send several each day.

- If you don't have Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint), download OpenOffice.org or a free Microsoft viewer or converter.
- When sending, convert them to standard formats if possible.
- Save as HTML/Web page.
- Save as Word 95 DOC
- Save as plain text.
- Use hyperlinks
